EcoQuest: Local company understands the lifelong impact exposing children to the outdoors can make.

Victoria, BC – June 5th, 2017– This Spring, EcoQuest Adventures is a company to keep your eyes on - the environmental education and paddling company has developed a program specifically for the British Columbia School Curriculum. Coming up on June 6th, EcoQuest Adventures is partnering with John Stubbs Middle School to provide a lesson in kayaking and water safety for its Outdoor Education programs.

Designed to build connections with the environment and develop a drive to explore, EcoQuest Adventures school programs bring nature to life. Programs allow children to learn and play outdoors from the ocean to the forest. Students in the Earth Sciences programs will explore the environment through field trips, activities and interactive classroom style teachings. In the Paddle Sport programs, participants will learn the skills needed to feel confident on the water and explore the amazing environments that the west coast has to offer. Overall, EcoQuest programs aim to provide an opportunity for children to connection with the environment and learn life skills along the way.
