What to Expect
Some examples of what your camper may experience include:

Plants and Agriculture
After making group introductions, the group will dig into the world of plants and agriculture by creating their own plant pots. Groups will explore the forest through educational games, and wrap up the day by making their EcoQuest journals in which they can track their experiences throughout the week.

Earth's Ecosystems
On Tuesday, children will begin to grasp an understanding of how earth's different ecosystems interact. Campers will make their own bird feeders, learn about the web of life, and put their learning into action when they take part in Ecosystem Tag.

Our Ocean
On Thursday we will take advantage of our beautiful island location and head to the beach! After a morning of exploration and games, campers will spend the afternoon getting to know our ocean from a new vantage point- from a kayak! This adventurous day will leave your child salty and smiling.

Amazing Animals
On our final day we will expand upon our learning by incorporating some of our favourite west coast animals into the mix! Campers will make CD fish, learn about endangered species, and put their mapping skills to the test by partaking in some geocaching.
