Paddlesports Coordinator & Sales Associate

EcoQuest Adventures and BestCoast Outfitters are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and adventurous individual to join our team in a full-time Paddlesports Coordinator & Sales Associate position. The role combines EcoQuest program coordination with retail sales and paddlesports programming at BestCoast Outfitters.
 

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children, ideally ages 7–12

• Strong leadership, communication, customer-service, and organizational skills

• Comfortable leading outdoor and kayaking programs

• Standard First Aid & CPR-C

• Full Class 5 driver’s licence

• Weekend availability

• Paddle Canada certifications and kayaking instruction experience are strongly preferred

Position: Full-time
Wage: $22–$30/hour, depending on qualifications and experience
